What’s the status of my order?

You can check your order status through the My Orders section after login. Once shipped, you’ll receive SMS and email alerts with live tracking updates.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, we send a tracking link automatically. Click anytime to view real-time courier updates. You can also track your order by clicking on “Live Order Tracking.”

Can I modify my order after placing it?

Modifications are possible only before dispatch. Once packed or handed over to the courier, changes cannot be made. Reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel as long as it’s not shipped. Cancel directly via My Orders or contact support. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Is there any advance required for high-value orders?

Yes. For orders above ₹5,000, we require a small 10% advance (Partial COD). This prevents courier errors/RTO and ensures safe delivery. The remaining amount is paid at delivery — simple and secure.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. During peak sale days, processing may take slightly longer.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delays may occur due to courier load, weather, or routing. Tracking updates will keep you informed. If you need help, our support team is always available.

I received an ‘incomplete address’ message. What now?

Share your updated address with support immediately. If the parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, we’ll request the courier to retry.

What happens to COD fees or advance payment if I cancel?

Prepaid and advance amounts are refunded as a coupon code. COD convenience fees are non-refundable (charged by logistics partners).

How are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped via trusted logistics partners. All items are securely packed to prevent leaks or damage.

Which locations do you deliver to?

We deliver Pan-India.

Are there delivery charges?

• Shipping is free on eligible prepaid orders. • COD orders have a fixed ₹100 COD fee. Prepaid orders have 100% delivery success, while COD averages ~95%.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery may be added soon.

When will sold-out items restock?

Click Notify Me on the product page — you’ll get an email alert once the item is back in stock.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, BNPL, EMIs & COD (available in select regions).

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Yes. All displayed prices include GST and other applicable taxes.

Is my card/payment info stored?

No. Sneakare does not store financial data. Payments are processed via secure, certified gateways.

What is a promo coupon?

A promo coupon is a discount code applied at checkout. Eligibility varies based on the offer.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Only one coupon can be applied per order.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed after product inspection. Once approved, it takes 5–7 business days depending on the payment source.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds go back to the original payment method. COD refunds are issued via coupon code after verification.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact us within 48 hours with photos/video proof. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.
